DTDC (Door-to-Door Delivery)

Delivery Timeline

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: For all orders across Kerala, please allow a maximum of 10 working days for your package to arrive.

Note: "Working days" exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification (via watsapp, email or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the service provider's website (DTDC or India Post).

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
